Former CEO/Fouder of Watchdocx, Shasta Ventures, GM Emc. Moti is a software executive and entrepreneur with 20 years of experience in the enterprise software market with a focus on infrastructure and security. 

He is the co-founder, chairman and CEO at vFunction (curretnly in stealth). 
Moti was also the co-founder and CEO at WatchDox which he led since its inception until its acquisition by BlackBerry, growing the company over 20 consecutive quarters and establishing it as a leader in the secure enterprise mobility and collaboration space. 

Before co-founding WatchDox, Moti was the General Manager of the Application Management Business at EMC. He graduated (Summa Cum Laude) from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology, with a B.Sc. in Aerospace Engineering, and holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School.

Lev Mass is an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at XSeed Capital, bringing extensive expertise in cloud computing, mobile, and business development.

Prior to joining XSeed, Lev ran operations and business development for the Cloud Group at Yahoo!. While at Yahoo!, Lev helped to facilitate the spin-off of the Hadoop Group into what is now Hortonworks, a leading big data company. In addition, he held a number of executive roles at Yahoo! helping to define strategy for mobile, social, cloud and big data. Previous to Yahoo!, Lev was an investment banker with Thomas Weisel Partners focused on TMT (technology, media, telecommunications) and health technology.
