Alon Girmonsky, A multi-time entrepreneur, a technology and a business leader. BlazeMeter, a company Alon founded in 2011 was acquired by CA Technologies in 2016. BlazeMeter was among the firsts to pitch Continuous Testing as an industry and as a required capability in the modern Devops world. In early 2018, Gartner has released a report mentioning Continuous Testing as an up-and-coming field while giving CA Technologies the highest product score in the Continuous Testing use case referencing BlazeMeter.

Alon specializes in building innovative products and disrupting existing markets with a strong focus on product, go-to-market, digital sales, digital demand generation and overall execution.

Earlier in his career, Alon was the co-founder of iWeb Technologies that was acquired by a Japanese consortium including SoftBank, Dentsu and CCI.

Alon started his career as an IDF Intelligence Officer (an ATUDAI) in the field of Computer Sciences and
holds an MBA and a B.Sc in Computer Sciences and Mathematics from Tel Aviv University.

Lev Mass is an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at XSeed Capital, bringing extensive expertise in cloud computing, mobile, and business development.

Prior to joining XSeed, Lev ran operations and business development for the Cloud Group at Yahoo!. While at Yahoo!, Lev helped to facilitate the spin-off of the Hadoop Group into what is now Hortonworks, a leading big data company. In addition, he held a number of executive roles at Yahoo! helping to define strategy for mobile, social, cloud and big data. Previous to Yahoo!, Lev was an investment banker with Thomas Weisel Partners focused on TMT (technology, media, telecommunications) and health technology.
